    Finalise toilet installation
    Bernard was excellent - both personable and professional. He did a great job, arrived when he said he would and sorted out the mess created by 2 different plumbers who had worked on the high flush loo prior to him and left if flooding my bathroom! I would definitely use him again - in fact I am already in the process of booking him again, to work on installing a new shower room downstairs

    Cistern filling slowly
    Bernard responded to my Job Posting within a few hours and was able to attend quickly. He arrived on time and completed the Job with no fuss. I will use him again.

    Replace shower cubicle
    Arranged a shower refit about a month in advance, contacted the guy nearer the date to confirm and he said he’d hurt his leg but could still do the job. Said he’d call, no call forthcoming. Chased him twice, nothing.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I am a sole trader running my own business which I started last year. If I am ill there is no back up for me and nobody to do my jobs for me. I find it extremely upsetting that I can have my 100% feedback ruined by somebody hiding behind a keyboard whom I have not even done a job for yet. I informed him that I had torn cartilage in my left knee and I was running nearly three weeks behind and working 7 days a week to try and catch up. That was the last I heard from him yet he tries to damage my business with negative feedback. Never tried to call me either. He should think before he sends damaging comments to a public forum like this. I have sat on this for a week before replying as I was so angry receiving this the day before Christmas. I hope he reflects on what he has done.

    Replace taps on bidet/basin/Bath
    Very please with the work carried out by Daly’s Plumbing. The work did not prove to be as straight forward as was expected but there were no complaints on his part or increase in price although he had to make two extra visit as we did not have all the required parts. Will he hiring Daly’s Plumbing again in the New Year to fit a new bathroom.

    Add a radiator and filter move another
    Bernard fitted a new radiator and Magnaclens, then moved and replaced a few other radiators all in a day. Appreciated his good communication about when he could fit the work in leading up to the day and the way he worked when he was here. Thanks very much J & K

    Bleeding/checking of radiators please
    Very happy with the work undertaken by Bernard. Reliable and thoroughly professional service executed by a very experienced tradesman. Will definitely use him again and would happily recommend him to my friends and family 👍🏼
