Change bathroom lighting for new one.
This chap is a new trade i am using for my property company, he knows his trade well gave a price and stuck to it and time scales which was very good i gave him a second job and once again on time on budget plus sound advice for the future am giving him a positive review because he earned it!
Been in this game 40 years i know a good tradesman when i see one!
