Replace aluminium sliding back door. Replace front door.
Brilliant experience with Crowne Doors from the start. Initial visit to discuss options and look at style and colours. Doors then fitted within 2 weeks. Great customer service, competitively priced. I would definitely use them again, highly recommend.

French Door and upstairs window
Many thanks to Barry and the team. A very professional installation and their service is value for money. Barry wants to ensure that you receive the best quality finish/ installation and he certainly delivered this for my project of two replacement doors and windows. If you have an upcoming project then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crowne.

Replace 3 windows on ground floor and entrance door
Barry the fitter, a director of the company seems to have beliefs that I totally disagree with. I will list them. 1/ The prospective customer will place an order without seeing any image of what they are buying. 2/ what the windows look like from the outside is the priority. 3/ Barry’s taste is all that matters. 4/ The instructions of the customer are to be ignored. Nice windows, horrendous service. We have masses of extra plastic against our specific instruction.

Without Prejudice. After 31 years, our 100% record of nothing less than 5 star reviews on various platforms has finally succumbed. Sadly, it would appear our usual very high standards, professionalism and courteous service was not appreciated nor adequate for this particular customer, to maintain that record. However, we have a very different view of proceedings, and vehemently disagree with the defamatory comments made, but, we will maintain our discretion and to that end, we'll just politely offer our sincere apologies and move on. Although, we would like to invite our future customers to read the previous 110 5 star reviews on MyBuilder before forming a judgement.

Supply and fit composite front door and frame
Barry is reliable, turning up when he promised and giving a good quote. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The work, a new front door, was completed on time and the quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend.

Replace patio and front doors
Barry promptly came and quoted after responding to the my builder post. He was helpful and very knowledgeable and talked us through different options to draw up a quote. Once the replacement arrived Barry visited promptly to fit them and did an excellent job. He worked diligently and efficiently and completed the jobs promptly. He was friendly throughout and a very tidy worker who took all rubbish with him and tidied up after himself. Highly recommend!

External door fitting
Barry’s work talks for itself. From start to finish, the process has been easy and simple as well as accommodating to work around my busy work schedule and the weather! Despite a difficult job, Barry has done a fantastic job of replacing the door and would highly recommend Crowne Property Upgrades if you’re looking for some work to be done to your property. I can already tell the quality of the work has made a massive difference. Thank you!

Supply and fit 16 x white upvc casement windows
Barry has installed a new back door and adjacent window as the first stage of the works and we're very happy with the job. Barry and his team were very communicative re. installation dates and Barry completed the installation of the door and window in one day. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and we're very impressed with the door and window hardware too, obviously a quality brand and manufacture. On the day, Barry discussed options for making good and talked us through the process. We'd certainly recommend Crowne Property Upgrades for anyone needing door/window work.

Front Door
Amazing finish by Barry. We love our new Door and Porch. Barry was super professional and focused on the job and explained to me everything prior starting. Can’t wait to work with his company again. Thank you
