Although CW Contractors completed most of the work, almost a year later some of the work is still unfinished, after phone calls and unanswered emails requesting responses, and many earlier verbal declarations from CW of "Just let me know if there are any problems".

Craig was very upfront about his quote, stating that this was the top end and would be willing to adjust downwards depending on the nature of the work needed to be carried out. I found Craig to be approachable with integrity at all stages giving frank explanation of all aspects of the job and also with an option of the provision of a report of work to be carried out. Craig was timely and contacted me promptly if there was a problem. The work was carried out efficiently with the help of his colleague and was very happy and reassured by his detail explanation of the corrective measures. I would most definitely recommend Craig to my family, friends and anyone looking for a reliable plumber and any other building work they may need. As my burst pipe caused other damage I will definitely be asking Craig to quote for this additional work.

I was having my house extended and unfortunately the builder left the project unfinished at after having only done a quarter of the work. I'm really fortunate that Craig was introduced to me. He was very good, efficient and reliable. I had a lot of work done. I had a ground floor extension of my dining room. First floor bedroom and bathroom built. I also had a detached garage built, the garden decked and flagged. This was a major project for me and my husband. I also had ceilings lowered and walls replastered. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the timescale was not so far off what he had estimated, but this was due to weather and unforeseen extra work that had to be done. I think Craig is very honest and up front. He advised and explained everything at each stage. Craig is very professional,reliable,trustworthy and punctual. I found his charges to be reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending him to other people.

I have found Craig a very reliable, trustworthy and professional tradesman. I have already recommended him to my other family/friends. Also his charges are very reasonable. He did some plaster and ceiling repair/plaster. It was on time and within my budget. Craig is a very reliable person.
