Craig delivered A1 service. He installed steel lintels above two windows. Made it look easy, which it wasn't. Worked quick, efficient and cleaned up. Highly recommend.

The ground floor extension for an additional bathroom was going to be a tricky job without a doubt, requiring an experienced and reliable tradesman. The ground-works required to be dug manually. Existing inspection chambers demolished and new drainage runs installed. The quality of the brickwork finish and particular detail to the roof was of paramount importance to us. Craig was chosen from several companies who priced for the work. From beginning to end, as promised, he was on site both working and overseeing work in progress. Many of Craig's suggestions were incorporated to improve on various aspects of the design. Obviously I was able to see examples of Craig's quality bricklaying at his previous jobs, and I was more than pleased as he adopted his precise bricklaying skills when it came to building our extension. Several awkward angled walls were in the plans, which he coped with easily. He kept to the agreed budget, and finished the work on time. As the extension was kitted out, Craig also tiled the walls and floor. We were more than pleased with the professional manner that Craig handled the build meticulously and by keeping disruption to a minimum. He has produced a building that compliments the main house perfectly. I would not hesitate to use his company again and would highly recommend him.

As a professional working in the construction industry, I know when a project is carried out to a high standard and Craig and Dave certainly did so. The standard of workmanship was first class and on time with no hidden extras. Craig worked through some [spurious] building regulation issues efficiently and positively. He was in constant communication with us which is often NOT the case with many builders. I would highly recommend Craig for any similar building work.

Would definitely recommend Craig & his team. Very professional and always happy to talk through and discuss options with any work required. Polite, clean/tidy and on time, honest team who I will hire again in the future.

Job now completed and I am thrilled! Beautiful job done on brickwork, new gate fitted and all looks lovely. Have left the site spotless and even better, they where the best and possibly the nicest workmen I have had here! Totally recommend them!

Craig carried out a great job for me. He made some good suggestions how do the work, he came on time, and tidied up well after he finished. I am delighted with the finished brickwork. I would certainly recommend him.

We hired Craig to build an extension on the back of the house, knock the wall down between the dining room/kitchen and to make alterations to existing garage by turning part of it into an office. We got 3 quotes and chose Craig as he was quick to respond and his quote was competitive. He arrived on time everyday and kept us up to date with the progress of the build. Craig and his team were polite, friendly and hardworking. They tidied up at the end of everyday. Craig was very approachable and easy to communicate with during the project. We are very pleased with job and would definitely recommend CJ Developments.

Craig has just completed the job for us. Craig and the gentleman working with him arrived on time, happily moved a few items that where in their way and put them back when job was finished. they were clean workers, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Craig also found another issue whilst doing this work and resolved that for us without any extra cost. I would have no hesitation at all in using Craig again and recommending him to others.
