Dean's customer service was exceptional. He was very courteous and professional and carried out the boiler service and explained the process and findings on completion. I would be happy to recommend Dean for future work.

    Radiator Removal
Thank you Dean for removing our radiator. You quoted us in great time and were able to bring the job forward when the timescale of our project changed. We hope to have you back for more plumbing jobs soon. Can definitely recommend!

6 x Radiator install including pipework
Dean is a really nice guy and very personable with fair but not cheap prices. However, finished work I cannot tell you about. After an accident with a door frame (which he fairly paid for after he left the job, no question) 3 days of work (total) later he decided to walk of the job because it wasn't financially worth doing anymore due to the damaged window frame. I was left with no heating for most of Feb and a lot of mess from the unfinished chasing that was done, including holes that meant the valves would not sit vertically as they should either. Such a shame because, as I stand by, he seems like a great guy you would like to work with. But based on my experience I'm afraid my review is unfinished and a negative one.

    Answer from tradesperson:

Firstly, I would like to use this opportunity to again apologise for any and all inconvenience caused. I find it very unfair that you describe how you was left with no heating for most of February, as you requested radiators to be removed on 15th feb and reinstalled on 24th feb. I then contacted you on the 16th to inform you that I tested positive for COVID 19 and I would be unavailable for 10 days. At which point you was within your right to hire another tradesman to complete the works in your required time frame. With no update on damage costs work was to continue from the rearranged date 1st March. Until you informed me of the costs on 3rd March, (which we had both estimated approx £500-£600) which meant I had already lost 2 weeks (via covid 19) along with having already worked 4 days total and 2/3 remaining at a complete loss (due to damage exceeding price of works). I can assure it wasn't a case of the job not being worth it anymore, I had explained that I was financially unable to complete the job due to the difficulty experienced in these unprecedented times. With regards to the angle of the valves I apologise again but the job was uncompleted where some minor adjustments may have been required. We cleaned as much as possible as it is a very messy job and very rarely do people have this done in furnished properties. I hope all future clients can see that based on previous services this is a rare occasion and we look forward to working with you. Thanks

4 radiators + new bath tap to be installed
We were very happy with Dean's work. He was very professional and polite, and had excellent comms throughout. The job was originally fairly simple to fit four radiators. HOwever we discovered that much more work needed doing as a previous plumber had not connected the pipes properly, and Dean flexibly worked to find a solution and re-quoted reasonably to get the job done. Dean then made a couple of visits back to make sure we were all up and running, and fit with our timings, which was much appreciated. Strongly recommended, and keen to work with Dean again in future when we have more work next year. Thanks, Tom

Single radiator refit in the bathroom
Dean is an absolute diamond of a professional. He did a great job of installing a new radiator within the agreed timeframe. He doubled checked all radiators were working after restarting the heating system. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs and would surely consider calling upon him again in for future planned works. 5* rating.
