We hired Cos to convert our attached garage into a living space. We went through several iterations of the specification with Cos before the work commenced. This included removal of the shower room from the specification but making provision for easily adding it at a later date. Cos was happy to proceed without drawings and planning permission as the conversion was done under permitted development. We did the Building Control application and Cos organised the inspections. Cos is multi-skilled and completed all the work by himself with the exception of the electrics and the capping of a gas pipe. Whenever there were options to the way things were done Cos would consult us. Each evening things were left tidy and secure. The project was completed within the agreed timescale. We were very satisfied with the finished project. Cos is a very nice guy and it was a pleasure having him working for us.

What a great decision we made. From his first visit, we were impressed with Cos's commitment and work ethic. He kept us informed of progress all the way through and was happy to help us make decisions and was prepared to make changes when we had ideas. Cos was very neat and tidy and always made sure he cleared up the area each evening for us. He never stopped working and was very trustworthy when we were absent. In fact, he continued to finish the work while we went away on holiday, and still kept in touch. We are thrilled with our new utility room and would recommend Cos for any type of work in the home. He is very friendly and fun to have working in the house, and he even levelled up our front door for us. Just get some decent coffee in and he'll be happy - you won't regret it.

Costanzo built my extension. Fitted the window and door. Knocked through existing wall. Then fitted my kitchen. Did all the wall and floor tiling. His workmanship is outstanding. He’s reliable and tidy. Also fantastic to just need one person that can do everything. Saves a lot of time. Gave great advice and helped plan my kitchen. Can totally recommend him and will have him back for any future work.

Costanzo was engaged to carry out a number of building and carpentry tasks for us including a kitchen refit, laying laminate flooring to downstairs, replacing doors, extending patio etc. All his work is of an exceptionally high standard, he is a very organised, professional and extremely reliable. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
