Although the pump was fitted at an agreed price and reasonably quickly, it only pumped hot water rendering the shower inoperable. Mr Sandford agreed to rectify the problem at further cost which I agreed to. However, this was well over 6 months ago. He refuses to take my calls or answer my letters and I have now been forced to take the matter further with advice from Consumer Direct.

Gary finished our shower room, work was satisfactory although it took a little longer than expected. However, a few weeks later we had a problem with our water pressure which pushed the pipes away from each other under the sink and caused a leak downstairs to the kitchen. Gary initially came and temporarily fixed one pipe, but said he'd be back the next day to rectify the other side. Unfortunately, he never turned up and has been difficult to contact ever since (blatant ignoring of calls and texts), which has left us with a lovely big hole in the wall where the tiled panel needs to be replaced. Like the person below, we're now having to resort to finding someone else to sort out the mess that's left.

Difficult to contact and have communication with him, I have sent him a second change to supply and completion and he missed the deadline. He promised to refund our deposit money (50% of total contract which is £818) but up until now no money transfered to my account. I have no choice, I have decided to ask third party to sort out my problem and will not drop the process until we get our money back.

We were happy with the tiling that Gary carried out in our conservatory and would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you very much.

Gary was reliable and completed the task on the agreed date. He kept me fully informed of developments including a slight delay in arriving. Very happy with the work.

Gary did a first class job refreshing my downstairs cloak room. He expertly fitted: a new toilet, hand basin, and towel rail. He also tiled my walls and floor leaving a good standard for finish. Whilst working on the project he was meticuoulsly clean hovering up and ensuring all rubbish was removed. Gary is a rare find! An expert tradesman / Plumber who starts early and just gets his head down to deliver the job on time and to budget (He stuck exactly to his original quote). I have no hesitation in recommending Gary and will use him again as needs arise.
