Turned up on time, great communication via email, clear quote of the work they would do. Completed job and cleaned up well afterwards. Sent across invoice with details of completed work plus its guarantee of the job. I did want something changing from the work when I checked afterwards (this wouldn't have been visible before job was done) and this is going to be rectified as I have asked them to do another roof job for me in a couple of weeks. So I would recommend them.

We hired Ross and Alex to fit us 2 windows and some vents , after viewing our job they sent a quote over in a timely manor. Thanks , On a check of the work after the first day we could see that it was poorly installed and not a good job at all. The Window framework had been bodged together with broken old timber floorboards for the top part of the frame and incorrect screws that will rust outside that where used to attach the window frame, we also noticed that the ridge tiles had come loose and not re fitted correctly gaps in between tiles and no mortar in some places as a result I've had to get another roofing company to rectify their work and stop water getting into our loft. Not impressed one bit, after contacting ross I was told the frame work for the windows was a subcontractor "other guy" they had brought in but they shouldn't of let him practice or "have a go"on a paying customers job and if you not able to do the work don't!

Excellent, arrived on time. Had a pleasant and friendly manner. Listened and then took charge of viewing the job. Repair carried out in an efficient and professional manner. Thank you Ross roofing and check a trader.

Both men turned up on time and done the job with excellent professionalism and skill and are both great people to deal with and it’s very hard to get tradesmen with there criteria theses days so I would recommend them both all day long thanks guys

Ross and Alex, are reliable, honest, hard working and did a good job on flashing work to chimney stacks, replacing some broken tiles. Their price was very competitive and I also asked for a quote for work on the front of the roof. Which they completed to a good standard. They are friendly and helpful and answered my many questions. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would definitely recommend them.
