The job of removing the old insulation and laying new plus boarding part of the loft went as planned with no problems. Thanks to the two workers who did a good job

I really, really regret hiring your company. You did not even bother to reply to our feedback, that was sent to John and Tom. The job quality is substandard. It looks ugly. They wouldn't do it like that if they were doing it for themselves. Panels should have been finely cut, with a sharp knife or something like that rather than a saw. I expected that the wall would be really treated against mold, not just sprinkled but chemically treated to industrial standard, as was agreed, at least my understanding was that this would be done properly. Sprinkling a couple of times without even wiping it clean to remove the visible mould, is awful. I expected that all edges between the panels would be cut accurately so that they would abut one another. In places where high precision abutting was hard to achieve I would expect to see something like foam or glue applied. The workers came from an insane distance. I will not recommend your company and in the future I will go for local ones.
