I would like to say how pleased I was with the excellent job Cannock Roofing did on my utility flat roof. At the outset I felt confident in Henry Klee the owner, in the excellent knowledge and many years experience he possessed. Also the way he presented himself answering all my many questions until I was satisfied. They also offered a competitive price and the company had been in existence for many years. Henry was punctual and efficient in the way he worked. The job has smartened up the house and to have Firestone rubber on the flat roof with a 20 years guarantee is so much better than felt and chippings which is a mess. I looked into other methods but the Firestone Rubber is simple as no chips blocking gutters but the biggest factor was that Henry Klee was Firestone trained by Firestone themselves and has a certificate to prove it so it was another reason he got the job. I gave Henry the job and once we got a break in the weather, it started and finished in about half a day and overall an excellent experience from initial meeting to finished job. I would recommend Henry Klee's company Cannock Roofing for all your roofing needs without hesitation.

Henry and his boys are absolutely fantastic! Came out to quote me very quickly and explained in detail what was required for the job. (No jargon) Hired him as soon as we met as he is 100% genuine and carried out the work as agreed. Very professional, friendly and polite to work with. Henry and his boys made very little mess and cleaned up as they went along which meant no mess for me! I can not recommend these guys enough! I will ALWAYS use these guys again in the future and have made a permanent entry in my address book!!! Thank you again boys - it has been a pleasure working with you!

I am very happy with Henry and his team's work. Henry gave me very competitive quote quickly and gave me some advice on my options. He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable about flat roof. He applies materials according to the current building standard. On the day, his team turned up as planned. We had a brief chat about the job and I have signed a contract. He is keen to do things right and does not cut corner. I was away when they were working on the roof. However, this did not affect our communication, as we talked every day through phone and email. Henry also kept me informed with the progress by sending me photos of the roof. They can definite use their initiative and work without any supervision. They have completed the job efficiently to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Henry and his team, and would use them again in the future.
