Started small Jobs off well. But could not cope with bigger jobs. Took over 6 months to do a job that only needed 2-3 months max. As a result we had to suffer on scaffolding costs. Half way through, builder kept demanding for full payment to be made before completion of job, which is totally unethical. Even though 80% of money was paid as builder threatened not to finish job otherwise. He left the job mid way regardless. Left a huge mess inside and outside the building. Builder is ok for small jobs, but not at all capable of doing bigger jobs or time constraint jobs as lacks work force and professionalism.

100% happy with Cal's work, very professional. Arrived in a timely manor, carried out the work to a high standard, and at a very competitive price too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Used five times for works in the past year. SOS are a very Proffesional outfit. A complete bathroom renovation made dragging it from the 17th to the 21stccentury in our country home, SOS undertook the installation of high value bathroom flawlessly. SOS are a multifaceted organization with good industry contacts too. SOS were honest and drafted in specialist where needed rather than to lie or attempt a job that it was not specialized in. I found this to be a key quality In my decisions to use SOS over and over again during the renovation of my country home. SOS went further to take off boots to protect new furnishings around our home. SOS always without being asked cleaned up after them selves without even knowing they had been. SOS also had no issue in dropping tools and returning withing an hour to rectify any problems that could be associated with completed projects.

Reliable & hard working

Cal undertakes plumbing and general building work for me and helps me fit kitchens and bathrooms. I have no problem with him at all. He is conscientious, does a good job, does what he says he will do. He has worked for me on and off for 6 years and I use him all the time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Cal has done a lot of work for me, large patio, steps, fencing, porch, plastering and painting. He is very pleasant, prompt and not afraid of work - Sundays, Bank Holidays evenings as well. He is very professional and we are very happy with whatever he has done for us. I would highly recommend him.
