    Need to install plastered vents
    He said to give us the warranty once he got the payment, I sent him the payment and after that I've chasing him since then and he has not given any warranty for his work.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Mohammad, the warranty was sent to the 2 emails provided as mentioned multiple times, I can’t help it if you are struggling to find it on your computer maybe ask somebody to help you with that, the work was carried out with no issues and to a high standard for the lovely lady in the apartment so please next time you feel like writing a silly review please control your fingers from doing so as people are not interested in comments like yours, thank you

    Damp in outhouse
    Damp issue investigated, plasterwork cut out, membrane installed & walls replastered. Rubble removed

    Large area
    Chris was reliable honest and trustworthy with my elderly vulnerable mother. He kept me updated on the progress of the job and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Yellow patches appearing on white plasterers walls.
    From the initial enquiry right through until the job completion, I couldn't fault anything. Not only is Chris a true professional but also a very endearing young man. We struck up a great understanding and I will most definitely employ Chris and his company again should I require their services.

    Kitchen damp
    Chris did a fantastic job at a fair price. He was tidy through out and cleaned up before he left each time. He answered my queries very promptly and kept me informed. Recommended.

    Damp patches in bedrooms at bottoms of walls
    Chris communicated with us really well before, during and after the job. When we encountered a problem with render drying on the outside of the house (due to unforseen weather conditions) he responded very promptly and returned to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend.

    Damp proof garage
    Chris answered my posting and viewed the job, giving an explanation of what the repair would consist of. He gave me a quote and we agreed a date. He turned up on time and completed the job in just under two days, which considering the very cold weather, including some rain/sleet was good going. He cleared up behind him, is pleasant and helpful. The job finished two days ago and, because of the coldness, I am giving the plaster time to dry out fully before putting shelving etc back up.

    Damp patches under window and at base of interior wall.
    Chris and James did a fantastic job. They worked very hard, completed the job quickly and left everything tidy and clean. They are punctual and reliable, and also very pleasant and friendly. I hope we won't need them again but if we ever do I will hire them again for sure. Thanks Chris, excellent work.
