Great company. Very happy with the work they carried out. They even carried out some extra work for us. Will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

Called the team in an emergency on one of my flats and despite giving an afternoon appointment to manage my expectations the engineer showed up before time and did the investigations on the leakage satisfactory even went to the next door neighbour to investigate further Prompt calls to myself on report and overall satisfactory work. Would definitely call them anytime now for all kinds of related jobs on my properties Thanks 👍

Asked them to come and investigate the job on 05/09/2024 and the job is only now completed 21/11/2024. So took 2.5 months to complete a 2 day job. Once the deposit was taken things slowed right down. There were multiple communication issues, where instructions were not read and had to be repeated. The company appears to serve a bigger customer perhaps Homeserve, which may explain some of the delays. The job was completed by 3 different sets of workmen. 2 were very good, but 1 was a bit sloppy. I think this firm would be good for certain jobs, but be careful that timelines are agreed and job is specified to the smallest detail to avoid issues. The reason they got a 2 star instead of a 1 star, was because they did complete the job and remediated the issues raised.

Rudy was very professional throughout. explained what was required and also advised on how I can save on cost by using existing fittings. Showed me the tap in use and left area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Overall ok but there was a leak which stained the ceiling and the work over ran its initial time
