    Pointing

    We are very happy with the work that Alan completed for us. He arranged a time to come and have a look and then followed this up with the work as promised. Although we were out at work when Alan did the job it was completed to our satisfaction. If we require any further work we will be happy to consider Alan (if interested) again.

    strip wallpaper from ceiling and replaster whole room

    Alan was found through this website, he came when he said he would and completed on time. No money was exchanged until the end of the job. Alan isn't as tidy as other tradesmen we've had in, but he was doing wet plastering which seems to get everywhere and his finishing was very good. I would use again

    repair/replace fencing

    excellent job done and left everything tidy - would recommend Alan to anybody.

    painting inside of a new build house

    Did a reasonably good job but took five extra days to complete so the cost was alot more than initially agreed. Did not provide written estemates or quotes unless asked for.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    cut 10 doors down+refit new roof over front door+paint,fit wood batterns over 11 windows for curtin pooles+paint.redo double doors+paint fit locks+handels,box in all piping+paint fit 12 pains of glass+beading+paint bathroom and ensuit fit showers+mirrors+fitted heated towel rail,fit 2 shower screens,+materials,no quiry of paymeant as she new all the extras+was paid in full so why this feed back

    Lounge - decorate walls and ceiling

    Good through job with the decorating. Friendly and helpful. Had some problems with radiators but these were sorted out.
