DO NOT USE THIS TRADESMAN (Mick Ingram) OR HIS COMPANY (Bucks Improvements)....... They were hired to replace our bathroom to which they caused more damage and further costs, they stuck tiles on the walls with bonding plaster, wire mesh and adhesive to which they started to fall off after a couple of days .... They caused water damage to our kitchen ceiling and left us with no bathroom for over six months..... They made no contact with us until Court action was pursued. At Court they were found guilty of negligence and breach of contract, we were awarded costs and our money back to which he still has not paid..... He has now made himself bankrupt and should not be trading ... DO NOT USE as you will probably end up with poor quality work and it will end up costing you more in the long run. Mick Ingram and Bucks Improvements should be on Cowboy Builders and Rogue Traders.

Very please with the end result of my bathroom. Mick was hard-working and I had faith that he would complete the job to a high standard. Would definitely recommend Mick to my friends and colleagues.

Mick completely refitted our bathroom in Sept 2010 and did a really good job. The bathroom was from Wickes and included pottery, thermostatic shower, towel radiator, fitted units and cabinets. We are extremely pleased with the result and would recommend Mick without hesitation.

What a GREAT job Mick has made of our bathroom. He turned up on time, worked very hard, cleaned up after himself AND did an EXCELLENT job. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. Mick was appointed to completely update an average modern bathroom. The work entailed ripping out the old bathroom suite, wc, and wall tiles etc. and installing a completely new suite which required the skills of an electrician, plumber, tiler and decorator. All of these tasks he did very well. I am very pleased with the end results. The work is of a high standard, within budget and finished ahead of time. I would have no hesitation in working on other projects with Mick and recommending him to others.

This was our first major project in the house and we are pleased we choose Mick to do the work. He did a fantastic job within our budget, we now have beautiful toilet with electric shower. Most important he has a pleasant personality and kept us informed all the time with text and emails. We will recommend Mick to anyone as we are really happy with the result.
