Thank you Brian. When he saw my job description he thought it would be a quick 30 mins so he arrainged to come Sunday morning 10.30. The job actually took 2 hours, due to the design of the pan getting to the fixings for the old toilet seat was near impossible. In the end he had to saw and force it off. Brian Jeng arrived at our house on time. He was extremely polite and assisted me to make decisions regarding the job. Brian arrived on the day, on time to complete the job. Again he was extremely polite and helpful. The job was completed very well and he cleaned everything away and left the site, tidy.
