Substandard cleaning. Didn't come prepared with all the right tools. I had to provide mop and bucket, etc. Just one person cleaning the whole house took a full day. Wouldn't recommend for professional end of tenancy cleaning. Using dirty cloth dipped in dirty water to wipe over counter tops, cupboards made it worse. I’m extremely disappointed with the window cleaning service I received. I was charged £50 for 12 windows of mixed sizes, which in my opinion is completely extortionate considering the quality of the work carried out. The gentleman himself was polite and friendly, however he asked to use my ladders and water, which I found very unprofessional for someone charging those prices. Despite being at my property for around two hours, he still missed two windows and my back door entirely. The windows that were ‘cleaned’ have all been left streaky and look no better than before. I felt uncomfortable complaining at the time because he helped my friend pull out a tree, but honestly I regret not saying something. The gentleman was at my property for over two hours, by the end of it I just wanted him to leave. Paying £50 for incomplete, streaky window cleaning using my own equipment and water feels like an absolute rip-off. I’m genuinely shocked by the service and would definitely not recommend.Answer from tradesperson:
