From first contact, Kieran explained over the phone the issue we were having, together we decided to solve the issue by putting in an alternative thermostat. First class job from start to finish.

Good communication and transparent pricing. Initial issue has been resolved and the cause of the recurrent problem has been identified (which previous plumbers had not been able to discover)

Kieran asked for pictures and quoted accordingly giving different pricing options to suit our needs. Provided a quick timescale to carry out the work and even offered a ‘2 hour’ visiting window. Effortless experience with great communication throughout. A quality, reliable tradesman. Highly recommend!
