Hello Theo, we absolutely refute this review, upon quotation you expressed that you wanted to order your own materials. You were then given a list which you went against and ordered way too much material. You ordered too much grass aswell as you were measured up by a different landscaper before. we arrived it was pointed out you had ordered too much. You obviously fell out aswell with your previous landscaper beforehand as they had left work unfinished. We lifted and relayed your old artificial turf, compacted with grano and cut your new turf in. You are talking about us wasting grass when you ordered and paid for it yourself, on job you tried to add multiple work onto agreed price , you were told from the start there was too much there. Furthermore after us laying the grass to a high standard you asked us to jet wash and seal your patio which we did..if you were unhappy with the grass you wouldn't have had us do further work the following week. we have also photos and videos.
