Good communicator

While other plumbers some with 1000 + reviews, showed interest, and stated they could do the job. They then refused to do the job, after seeing a video of the problem, and thought it was to do much like hard work. However, this plumber came as promised and fixed the toliet as well as leaking tap. Would recommend and use again.
