Can't recommend Best London Lofts highly enough. The price was competitive, and Adrian Paul's team worked tirelessly through the heat of summer into the chill of autumn to convert our loft into a fantastic new bedroom and bathroom to plan, on schedule, and without dramas. Literally the only issue was a small plumbing leak which was fixed quickly, and given the scale of what is involved illustrates what a professional and smooth operation this is.

Adrian and his team (Alex) did a great job for our loft conversion from start to finish. Adrian is very customer focused, and any issues we had on the way Adrian would find a way to sort them out. The works where completed in 5/6 weeks as agreed, any changes where done without any issues and the end result was as expected. We definitely recommend Adrian and Best London Lofts and would hire them again in the future.

Very happy with Adrian, Alex and the team, would definitely use them again, was very fair when I added extras not on original quote. Communication and customer service was brilliant, even when issues arise along the way you always know the guys will sort out without making a fuss.

I would recommend Adrian to everyone who is looking to complete a loft conversion to a high spec at a competitive price. I only had the shell completed but if you know what you looking at you can tell it was being completed to a very good standard. I would use them again in the future. They were always on time, worked continuously throughout the day and the job was completed as expected.

Adrian and his team at 'Best London Lofts' have been nothing but exceptional. I had over 10 quotes from different company's, but Adrian was by far above the rest in everything he had to offer. His team (Eddy, Pablo, Ramos, Alex and Christie) are excellent at what they do, very passionate and committed, they ensure you are 100% happy and any issues that arises Adrian addresses it promptly and with no fuss. I can 100% vouch for 'Best London Lofts' for their reliability (always on time), high standards and work ethics.

Adrian and his team were excellent throughout the build. Always turned up, everything ran on schedule and any issues were quickly resolved. If you’re looking to get your loft done, these guys are who you want.

We had a great experience with Adrian and his team Stephan and Edward. He was responsive and communicated well over messenger throughout our experience. The project had some challenges involving building-control and additional fire-safety approvals - Adrian's team helped us navigate through it and we were extremely happy with the end result of the works. We also really liked how Adrian had a set contract that detailed when payment was due and what the payment covered. There were no hidden-costs or surprises. Where we requested for additional work, the additional cost was discussed and agreed. At each increment, it was fair and reasonable. Where any issues were identified post works Adrian ensured the issue was resolved to a satisfactory standard. We would be happy to recommend Adrian and his team for future work.

I had a loft conversion done with Best London Lofts in Spring 2019. I had just bought my first house and had very little knowledge in the area - Adrian was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. Everything was done to a high standard and additional nice touches were thrown in for free - Adrian used his experience to ensure the result was the best possible. His team were professional and friendly. Best of all there were no hidden costs - Adrian was up front about any extras and anything additional I asked for was done for a good price. At the end I spotted a few things that hadn't been completed fully, and when I pointed them out they were finished quickly and without quibble. I would highly recommend them - they are honest, knowledgeable and they work hard.
