Jacob replied the same day to the post and he and his team came to fix the ceiling a couple of days later. Pleased with the quote, very reasonable. He is clearly very good at his job. Communication was very good. He was very polite, professional, punctual and hardworking. No complaints whatsoever. Overall, very satisfied with the work and will definitely keep his contact details in case we need anything else done. Thanks.
