    Radiators & 10mm pipe needs flushing
    Having being let down twice by another company; I was delighted with Michael's work. He was prompt in responding to my advert, prompt to come round for an estimate and was on the job the following week. The job was to flush all my heating system as some pipes and radiators were blocked; some needed replacing. British Gas stated that it was not possible to flush 10mm pipes ; the standard size is 15mm. BG recommend a new boiler, but how that would clear blockages, heaven knows. Bespoke Plumbing came to my to my rescue. He was polite and worked very hard that day, far beyond his expectations, but he definitely earned his money. He followed up his work by spending some time fine tuning my radiators. He replaced a couple on my request and installed a gadget to help prevent future blockages. His colleague will service my boiler and blockage catcher yearly. Thus saving the possibility of my boiler breaking down and costing me alot I have cancelled my service contract with British gas and will always call upon Bespoke Plumbing in future Thank you

    Toilet cistern not shutting off fully
    Fast response time, Micheal came and reviewed the problem and gave a quote. Work completed at a high standard and the problem solved. Great communication from initial contact, arranging an appointment, the options and costs for the repair. Will definitely use again and recommend

    I was called out to a noisy 3 port valve, so after arriving and doing some testing I found it to be a problematic motor. Looking at the 3 port head itself it looked to be in bad shape so instead of just changing the synchron motor I changed the complete head to make sure it was all in working order.

    I gave Michael a call early Wednesday morning around 7am and he was quick to answer even though he sounded pretty busy. I explained I had a problem with my boiler, well that’s what I thought. It was in fact the 3 point valve being extremely noisy, after a quick conversation Michael arranged a time that very morning between jobs to sort out the problem for me. All done in less than an hour and very efficient. I will most definitely be using Michael again and recommending him to all my friends and family.

    Stripped out grade 2 listed property in Oxfordshire ready for installation of new heating system and bathroom. Capped off incoming supply, I had to freeze the cold water supply to cap as there was no way to turn it off and after Thames water said they would not come and reinstate outside stop cock left me no choice. All went smoothly and new internal stop cock fitted ready for works to carry on.

    Mike was professional and highly knowledgeable of the plumbing and gas requirements I had. Mike capped off the gas and provided us with a water supply as the old connection was leaking. 100% will be using mike in the near future! Highly recommend !!!
