I used Rob at Belmax Builders for a kitchen/Dining conversion. Rob provided a quote within 48hrs of posting. The job was started very quickly and Rob sorted all the necessary trades and a schedule of work. The finish project is seamless. He also made some fitted cupboards which look amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belmax Builders again.

Hired Rob at Belmax to convert our loft to two kids' bedrooms and bathroom. Really couldn't speak highly enough of these guys. Rob liaised with our architect (and Building Regs) from the start and did a lot of the legwork on our behalf. He gave came out and gave us a thorough quote and breakdown, which he stuck to throughout. Rob gave us a daily run through of where the job had got to and he was always happy to try and accomodate any changes or additions we wanted along the way. Rob's whole team were friendly, respectful and easy to have around the house, and great with our 3 young kids too! All in all, the kids love their new rooms and we couldn't be happier with the job. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob and the Belmax team.

Rob and his team were great! Without hesitation he gave us 3 references of extensions he had built locally to us all with glowing appraisals before we confirmed we were happy for him to start. He explained everything very well and was always reassuring. His timing keeping on our project even with small problems were spot on and actually finished 2/3 days before the agreed finished date. Rob and his team also supported us when we had issues with suppliers (which we sourced). Rob and his team were always polite, friendly and willing to chat over the phone at pretty much anytime. He have a dog and he was always very considerate of him during the build. I would highly recommend Belmax team and their 5 star work/service.

Rob was friendly, prompt and was very helpful through the whole process. From quote stage to completion of the job. He organised everything. He made the whole job easy to deal with. His team were also great. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work. I would definitely hire him again with no hesitation.
