Ben and Mitch did superb work on my garden. They paved it with stone, made a bespoke shed, and install a sun-house. They did the work very carefully. I got several quotes and the prices are similar. The price from Ben was not the cheapest. I used Ben's service as I felt they are very honest about the work and price. In the end, I had the right feeling. I am very happy about their work. If you want your work to be cheap, look for someone else. If you want a pleasant garden with all the good details, Ben is a perfect choice. During the work in our new-built house, many neighbors with new-built houses look for nice men for their gardens. As far as I know now, 2 of my neighbors also decided to use Ben's service. So this review is not trivial.

Ben was considerate, punctual and listened carefully to our requirements. The work was completed on budget and on time to a good standard. When there was a minor snag post installation, Ben returned promptly to rectify the problem.

Ben and team did a fantastic job as I was unsure of what I wanted doing and had previously been let down by someone not showing I don't have a very big garden but it was unlevel Ben sorted all that out and I now have a garden I can enjoy for years to come would recommend to anyone and would have back so excellent job from start to finish thanks Ben

From initial contact to job completion, Ben never failed to meet and exceed our expectations. From garden design, Ben worked with us to expand our very rough and sometimes confusing ideas into a logical plan that fitted our needs and budget, revising where we changed our mind swiftly and with no fuss! Ben was clear throughout on the cost, timings and steps that would take place, and delivered on every promise made, including arriving on time, working long days, trying to keep noise and mess to a minimum and arranging all deliveries to avoid any inconvenience to us whilst onsite. Ben and his team worked tirelessly to keep on track (including braving the rain at times) and kept us updated throughout. A few challenges that were thrown up within the project were tackled with a can do attitude and addressed without issue or major additional cost - which was a great benefit to us under circumstances completely out of their control. All work was completed on time and to a fantastic standard, we couldn't have wished for a better finish and great hard landscaping design, complimented already by many! If you are looking for a honest, hardworking, reasonably priced contractor, who will not provide the cheapest quote but will provide a excellent service for the price paid then I would highly recommend BDI Services Thanks again Ben and team, you certainly made a large job look very easy and stress free!

I can recommend this firm ., Ben and Roo were polite and courteous. Did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves, very pleased with the job. Would definately hire them again if required. Thanks guys
