David did a great job converting my garage to a new office. Kept me updated throughout the job and really pleased with the result. Would recommend for home improvements.

Fantastic job from start to finish, everything agreed was carried out on time as scheduled, the quality of the finish was exceptional and the service from David was second to none, I would highly recommend for any renovation or indeed any building works.

David was fantastic from day one Of planning our conversion till the end. He was very tidy and made sure the job was done at the highest standards at all times. David also took all the photos of the construction and helped liase with the council. He gave us helpful tips and was friendly and great to chat with also. We were very happy with David’s service and he even came back to rectify some minor things and did extras as promised! Thanks again David and Co. 😊

I have waited some time to leave this review, not because of Covid but because I have been trying to get David to fix issues I am not happy with. We are now over 1.5 years after completion and despite numerous promises and excuses the brickwork has not been fixed (including a cracked brick) and the door threshold isn’t fitted correctly on the hall side. In addition to this the windowsill was incorrectly fitted and a screw has caused the surface to split. The final issue internally is with the radiator. Behind our hall radiator we have been left with a massive hole and no attempt was made to patch this up. I’m guessing we are just meant to accept that this is a side effect of having a garage conversion. In addition to doing a poor job of the brickwork the sub-contractor also left our Monoblock and drainage covered in mortar and this was left for me to deal. The final point is with regards to the removal of waste. Rather than hire a skip a board was placed on our grass and everything chucked on that. Fair enough but not when the guys collecting it then leave stuff all over the grass. Cigarette butts, wire coverings, etc. All in all not a great experience and I would certainly recommend people think twice before hiring David.

David and team were fantastic, worked extremely hard and finished off our double garage conversion to a high standard and within timescales agreed. It was stress free, very competitively priced, we are very happy with the whole experience. Would definitely David and team!

David and his team made a stellar job of converting our single garage into a bedroom. Overall less than 2 weeks work and the finish is top notch. Prices competitive too and he was able to tailor it to our needs. Would recommend him again. A special mention as well for the architect he uses (Madjid) as he was brilliant in helping us submit everything to the council for completion certificate, at times when the council are blaming all delays on covid.

David and his team were amazing from start to finish. We had a double garage that they converted into a bedroom with an en-suite and a utility room. Their work was of the highest standard. They were professional at all times. Any questions that we had were answered straight away and there was nothing that was a problem for them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for hardworking builders. Also David’s price was excellent.
