Great team, would highly recommend

Sandi designed the work for our living room extension. She obtained householder planning approval and full-plans Building Control approval prior to works on site. Her package included all construction details and full building specification. Sandi was good in the respect that she advised on all planning aspects including the floor plan. Everything went smoothly, she planned and managed our expectations well. We were really pleased with the plans she drew up for us.

Sandi Van Wyk designed the renovation and extension on our home. With internal alterations, a double storey side extension and single storey back extension and a new loft conversion. She obtained planning approval and a full-plans approval from Building Control. We met her at a networking meeting and took her card as we were impressed with her. About 8 months later I called her, she came round and we discussed the project. Sandi came up with 5 different designs for us. She came up with some good innovative ideas and we were so impressed with her knowledge of planning an building control. The amount of work she put in to follow buildings regs blew us away. She even went down to the local council office to meet the planning officer at no extra cost. Sandi is incredibly conscientious and thorough. I can't recommend her enough.
