I recently worked with Hasib on the drawings for my 3-meter rear extension and the application for a Certificate of Lawfulness. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work delivered. Finding the right person for building related work is a stressful task but Hasib straight away put me at ease. When I spoke to him initially, I had a feeling he was the right person for the job and I was right! I found his proposed drawings very detailed. He was also able to complete them in agreed time which I think was 2 weeks. He is very approachable and quick to respond to any questions. Not only very knowledgable in his field, he is also able to explain technical things in simple ways that anyone can understand. He also exceeded my expectations by completing my portal application forms for planning permission and building controls for me which helped me save time. Hasib's work and professionalism was very impressive. I did not want to delay my drawings submission to the council and I was impressed when Hasib provided me with the drawings within just 48 hours. Soon after my building controls and structural calculations were given to me in 4-5 days max. Hasib being a structural engineer and and an architect was able to provide me with the complete package that I was looking for without paying a premium price. His charges were very reasonable considering the complexity of my work which was a standard, non complex loft conversion. I received many quotes from other Co's and honestly they are simply a rip off. Hasib was very approachable and always clarified any doubts that I had. I will recommend Hasib to anyone any given day and when I start my next project, I now have a great professional whom I trust completely
