Alex of ACP rang to say he wanted to quote for the job and arrived on site as we arranged. I explained what I wanted and Alex gave me the run down of the service that he could provide and that included photographs of the cleaned Guttering. Alex gave me a competitive price that included a thorough inspection of the gutters and down pipes. I accepted and we arranged a date for the work to begin. ACP duly arrived on site - very personable and polite as is Alex--with Ladders, buckets etc and started work. The team worked quickly, bagged the debris from the gutters, showed me all the photographs of what they had done and even gave me an assessment of the state of the roof and ridge tiles, flashings etc. It was reassuring to find out that the roof is still viable and not in need of any immediate repairs. All in all a very pleasant experience of a job well done by a professional team.

Alex carried out cleaning our gutters quickly and reliably. He fixed a section that had come loose and gave us good advice on the state of the gutters, felt lining and fascias. He showed me what the gutters looked like before and after he cleaned them with fotos he had taken, which was very reassuring.

Alec was bang on time and carried out the replacement of my chimney cowl. He supplied an excellent quality cowl and also checked the condition of my roof and supplied photos as part of the service. Professional and trustworthy and highly recommended if you want work done to a great standard.

I was needing to replace the covering on a small flat roof as the previous builder had made a botched job. APC Home Improvements were very prompt in assessing the job and took lots of photos so that I could see the problem. The quote for the work was very reasonable and the lowest of three quotes that I had. The work was completed in a day and the man who completed the job was very diligent and kept me informed throughout of the progress and any issues. He also cleaned up after he had finished. I received several photos of the work as it was progressing which was very helpful as the roof is very difficult to access. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer and have no hesitation in recommending them. The 2 photos show the rotten, soaking wood as the covering was removed, and the finished job.

Alex was very helpful in discussing the options and took lots of pictures of the chimney which helped to decide on the best course of action (repair or removal). On the day he and the team were very efficient and tidy and worked very quickly to remove the old chimney which was in a poor state. I'm really pleased with the result which comes with a 5 year guarantee. I have already recommended ACP Improvements to my family and would use his services again in the future.
