It all started out well. Matched competitors price, stripped out old flags, 1st payment made and job started. 3 days in they wanted to re negotiate the price - they had underpriced a manhole cover so wanted an additional £800! I refused. On the last day they worked until after dark and asked for the final payment. I withheld £500 until I had inspected the work in daylight. I am disappointed with the workmanship. I was promised they would pave to the fence - they filled in with a sand mix which has pitted and washed away with the rain. The flags at my border edge are all different lengths like a dogs back leg -crudely back filled - looks unprofessional. The finish around the edges is poor. Missing pointing and generally not finished to an acceptable standard. Many flags are loose and wobble/spit water when you step on them. The flag joint sizes vary from 1cm to 3cm. The driveway was laid in lines when I asked for it to be laid in mixed sizes. Only one of the grids has been set correctly. The others are level and the water just sits. One drain cover is clearly not straight and it holds water all the time. They left my shed in the middle of my grass and a lot of waste. I was left with a spray bottle to finish spraying the anti slip finish myself. I contacted Shaun and he called and agreed to return and finish the work for the £500 I held back. I have had a variety of excuses and after a year I am presuming they are not returning. Not recommended.

I liked Tom as soon as I met him, he has a very nice way about him. He listened to what I wanted to have done. His team of 4 plus his dad, were very polite, worked quickly & did what we agreed. They tidied up after themselves & took all the rubbish from the garden with them. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom & his team.

Thomas was proactive as soon as I put the job mrequest out onto the web site. He contacted me straight away and we discussed when and what time he would come and see the garden to give me a quote . The time was arranged and he came to see the garden and he gave me a quote . Thomas was told I will let him know when he can come and cut the grass and trees . An appointment was made for 9:00 am and he first contacted me to say he was on his way with his team. He was in time and the work done on the garden was as I had requested and they did such a great job . They cleared all the rubbish as well after completing the work . My garden gives me such a joy Now that I can look through the window . This alone makes me so happy . Thank you Thomas and team for making my garden so beautiful.

Job well done, although the final cost was more than I expected. Could have been given a breakdown of expenditure before the job commenced. Thank you Alpha for the prompt response and friendly gardeners!

I am not impressed by their standard of work

Tom and his team did a fantastic job, they cleared a brick shed out in our yard, knocked it down and got rid of all the rubbish, then they flagged it all with sandstone, it looks amazing and I never believed it could look like it does , We sit out there every day now when we can and admire the work. The lads were friendly punctual and reliable (keeping their distance) at this difficult time, very pleased with the work and would highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Thomas is a professional. He came to see me and understood my needs. I needed some old soil & bricks removing from my backyard. He informed me how it will be done, how many hours of work and how many people would undertake this job. He quoted me and got his dad and workmen to do the job even in the rain (13/12/19). I'm greatful for his advice. I bookef him and all the job was done within days of agreeing it. Thomas stayed in touch with me regularly by phone and WhatsApp. Highly recommend. Thanks Thomas.

Sean and his team came out and did a great job on my mum's overgrown garden. They trimmed all bushes and conifers to a good standard and also did a good job with the weeding. I would hire them again to do a gardening job.
