I entirely renovated my flat except the bedroom, the estimation from Alex builders seemed to me the most comprehensive and honest, therefore I chose them. I couldn't be happier as they delivered a superb job. The tiles were fitted with a super precision in both the bathroom and the living room where they had to match the pattern. I changed the structure of the flat, by removing a divider wall and now I am much happier because I gained much more space. Alex builders have always been avalaible whenever I needed to fix anything, even when the job was completed. I strongly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed!

We hired Alex to originally help us with what we thought would be a smallish renovation that turned out to be a much bigger job. His knowledge and experience made the whole process smooth from end to finish and we couldn’t have been happier with the end result. Angelos (his son) was always quick to respond and both a pleasure to work with.

Alex and his team have done a very good job. They installed a new staircase, the quality of which is excellent. Installation proved quite difficult but they persevered and with some help and advice managed to complete the installation well. They refurbished one bathroom and built a new downstairs toilet. Again, quality of tiling and installation was good. They installed a new Howden kitchen, working closely with Howdens. They also installed new wood flooring in our sitting/dining room. Unfortunately some of the wood was damaged during installation but Alex replaced the damaged sections at his cost without complaint. They also redecorated the rooms and did a good job. The quality of finish is good. They worked largely to schedule with small delays mostly not of their doing. They worked mostly without regular supervision but have delivered a finished product which we are very pleased with. All issues such as extra work were handled responsibly and well, without any disagreements. They do one job at a time, and so are able to put their full resource to the job in hand. They do not try and juggle between different jobs . Alex and team are a delight to work with - very cooperative, always polite and helpful. We would certainly use them again if we need more work done and are happy to recommend them to anyone interested.

Did a brilliant job - completed work on time, to budget & left property clean and tidy. Nothing too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We hired Alex and his team for installing 5 suspended plasterboard ceilings including plastering and re-decorating, 4 new oak doors and 5 blinds. The job was carried through successfully and as builders go, having dealt with many of them before, Alex, his wife Donika, and their son Angelos were the nicest and least stressful builders we have had. Well equipped, they always had the tools required for the job on hand in their van. One of their greatest assets is that they never minded if we were not happy with something, and would do their best to sort it out at once. The job took about 5 weeks due to the Christmas break, but in that length of time which involved shifting our furniture and furnishings several times from one room to another, there were no damages, and finally they took great care to put everything back, including hanging a lot of pictures. They removed all the rubbish and other items such as doors etc. that were not needed, leaving the house neat and tidy. They were always very pleasant and polite and did many extra jobs that were not in the original schedule. A very lovely family team.

Alex Builders did an amazing job building our partition wall. They were everything you would want in a builder: professional, trustworthy, punctual, hardworking and tidy. On top of this, they were forthcoming with suggestions, ideas and advice and finished the work before the agreed deadline. They gave us a great quote and we are already arranging further work with them.
