    Replace missing roof tile.
    Andrew turned up exactly on time and carried out the work for price agreed - even though it was slightly a slightly more difficult job than expected. Definitely recommend.

    Plant growth inside chimney cap.
    Andrew never showed up, never communicated except when I complained. 20th May till 22 July is too long. Should have turned down the simple job.

    I think this is out of order you said there was no rush for this small job I have worked hard to keep my 100% feedback I told you I was extremely busy I am on holiday I simply ran out of time this job was only £60 bang out of order I think thanks for your comment could of just phoned me and I would of told you this but you decide to leave bad review not nice that

    Repair minor damage to barn roof
    Really quick & straightforward. Posted this small job Saturday afternoon and Andy called literally within minutes and was round at 10am on Sunday morning to fix back a metal strip that had been damaged by storm Hannah. Thanks Andy for the incredibly quick help - much appreciated and we’ll definitely use you again

    I can fully recommend Andy his advice when he quoted for the job made it easier to do. He turned up on time got on with the work and did an excellent job.

    Securing Fascia Board that has come away.
    Excellent experience from start to finish. Andy got in touch soon after I posted the job and I was happy with his quote so hired him. He was due to visit at the end of the following day however he rang to state he was available sooner and if convenient he would come straight over. He carried out an acceptable repair and offered his advice on long term matters with no archetypal sucking in of his breath. Very happy with the job and will definitely keep Andy's number readily available.

    Re roof
    Andy and his mate did a great job on my roof and concrete guttering against tight deadlines. I received a 10 year guarantee for my roof. What I paid was extremely good and my roof and guttering look great now. Yes I would highly recommend AK Roofing. Thank you Andy

    Old slates off, new felt and slates on
    From accepting Andy's quote to actualy starting the roof took weeks of negotiation with everyone from conservation officers to "batmen." Andy helped me through it all. Can't recommend Andy and team highly enough.
