Ahmet from the first minute he got in the property started haggling for more money claiming that it was a more difficult job than he expected even though I had uploaded photos and a detailed description which he apparently didn't check. He was tasked with 2 jobs, he managed to complete one to a good standard, didn't work on the other one claiming that he had no time and demanded 50% more payment than agreed for the 1 job he completed. He was still paid 20% more than the agreed fee because I wasn't in the mood for arguing. The only reason he's not getting 1/5 for this unprofessional behaviour is because he was quite responsive in providing a receipt after the job was done as it's essential for my warranty.Answer from tradesperson:

Extremely disappointing. A leaking pipe was the cause but this was misdiagnosed as a problem with the boiler. For the cost of a new boiler, we found out we had a leaking pipe. The boiler was also hung on the wall crooked and the flue needed to be redone.Answer from tradesperson:

Ahmet power flushed and installed our new boiler. His supplier gave us the best price haven shopped around. Ahmet was the only installer who told us our warranty would not be valid if the system was not power flushed before installation. He installed the system however it took a little while to get it up and running because it was the latest model with new technology. He could have left and returned the next day but he stayed until he figured it out which was 9pm. He said he did not want to leave us without heating for the night. He told us to call him if any problems and he would be back to sort it out. Great advice, excellent job. Would recommend him.
