Ridge tile repair
(Updated on 3 Apr 2026)I would advise avoiding this company. Initially, the experience seemed positive with good communication and a quick repair to a broken tile. However, I was then advised a full repointing job was required (£600). I was shown videos, agreed to the work, and paid upfront once it was completed the next day.
Problems started almost immediately, with mortar falling out. From that point on, communication became extremely poor. I received around nine broken promises that defects would be fixed, but no one turned up. It took a letter before legal action to finally get them back.
I was then asked to remove my honest review, being told it was affecting their business, and promised any further issues would be dealt with immediately. This proved untrue.
More defects have since appeared in three separate areas, and yet again promises to fix them have not been kept. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
