Have had to adjust my review as I have suffered leaks into a bedroom wall and upon investigation it appears that my roofline has not been placed over the party firewall (semi detatched house), and several tiles on my neighbours roof have become loose causing water to enter my loft space, soaking the insulation bay and causing water to run down the bedroom wall. Mark came round and replaced these tiles a few times when the house next door was unoccupied. The new neighbour refutes that the loose tiles are his and I have had two independent roofers inspect my roof and they have both said it is not in the correct line. Mark, despite my sending him proof of the leaks and old roofing felt on my side of the party wall, is refuting his work is faulty. I have had water running down the chimney breast as well as the ridge tile is not placed in the same line as others. I am now at the point of having to take the matter further as Mark has ceased responding to me. Shame I had to add one star!

Mark responded quickly and came to give us a quote within an hour of me posting the job. We were pleased with the job he did replacing a piece of our guttering. It was only a small job but he was happy to do this. Would recommend Mark to others

Absolutely brilliant. He rang the same evening I shortlisted him, and said he’d pop round the next morning. He was spot on time, Fixed the problem later on the same day. brilliant communication throughout. Completed the job and another little job for me and stuck to his original quote. I can’t recommend him more highly.

Work done very well, on time and at the agreed price

Mark came round and identified the issue within abut 5 minutes. He has fixed the issue and also cleared away the bags we had covering the roof for us. Would definitely recommend.
