A great guy with positive energy! Ashley also knew what was wrong with my boiler in seconds and didn’t even charge for the call out. It was actually the turbine and not the diverter, thanks for saving me money too. This is the man we need for these kind of jobs, highly recommended. Thank you for your professionalism.

Absolutely outstanding service by a very friendly and professional company. I have received a number of quotes however this company beat every one. Money however was not the reason I chose to deal with Ashley, in fact I would have chosen him over everyone else as he came across as a very knowledgeable and friendly person who is excellent at explaining what the job entails. His level of experience, interest and understanding of the issues I had were impressive to say the least. I absolutely recommend this company if you require any job be it heating/plumbing/electric work etc. I am not usually one to provide reviews however in this instance it was most definitely warranted, as someone who has struggled to find an honest, reliable, knowledgeable tradesmen who has more than reasonable rates it has been extremely difficult until I was introduced to Ashley. Needless to say I will not be required to look for any other tradespeople in the future as Ashley from 21DEGREE HEATING LTD will be the only person I call in future. Great guy, turned up when planned, did the job with no fuss, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly and happy to advise on other issues, even went and surveyed the tank in the attic, even though it was not a part of the job he was paid for. Would recommend and happily use him again.

First of all let me just say Ashley and Chris were great from start to finish. From when Ashley came out to quote up on the job, there was no pushy sales to make me get a certain boiler. He provided me with three quotes of three different boilers with lots of info on each of them. On the day of the work they turned up on time as agreed. First off they made sure all my carpets where they were working (which was every bedroom as all my radiators where being changed aswell) were protected. Onto to the rip out of the old boiler and rads and installing the new stuff. All the new pipe work (had my boiler moved to the loft) that was installed was very neat and tidy, as was the boiler/flue etc in the loft. They took scrap away and everywhere was cleaned up after themselves. Ashley took me through my new nest thermostat and boiler before he left making sure I was happy with it. All in all from start to finish these guys were professional, friendly and pleasure to have working on my house.
