I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough! He worked incredibly hard and was extremely reliable. Even when he wasn’t feeling well, he still turned up and completed the job to a very high standard. He’s a genuinely nice, honest and hardworking guy. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and communicated really well throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone and would definitely use him again.

Ryan was fantastic from start to finish. He got back to me straight away, was really helpful, and booked the job in quickly with great communication throughout. He fitted my grandson's laminate flooring and did an excellent job. He worked quickly, the finish was brilliant, and everything was completed to a high standard. On top of that, he's a genuinely nice, honest guy who made the whole process easy. Will be booking in again, highly recommend!

The attention to detail and quality of the finish are excellent. Ryan was professional, reliable, and always kept to the agreed schedule. If there was ever any reason he was going to be late, he communicated with us in advance, which we really appreciated. He was punctual, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the project. I cannot recommend Ryan enough. After another plumber left a job unfinished and simply ran away, I was left in a terrible position. 1st Call stepped in and saved the day. Ryan worked incredibly hard, was 100% reliable, and showed up exactly when he said he would—no disappearing acts! If he did need to adjust times, he communicated it first. He went above and beyond, sourcing all the necessary materials and even buying extra parts to ensure the job was finished properly. Honest, skilled, and true to his word. Fair price quoted but tbh deserved more! Fitted tricky panels, heavy porcelain tiles, Grohe shower, cistern, basin, all taps, mirror, heavy sliding shower door, towel radiator. Very nice person too! Can't thank enough and would highly recommend.
