Ian was very polite, he fixed the job and charged less than the quoted value. There is no leak in the area now. But most importantly Ian gave me some valuable advice to get back to the original supplier to get replacement parts for free as it was a faulty seal. The suppliers have in fact offered me a full refund because they no longer stock that model. So I'm very pleased with Ian's service

Craig and Scott did amazing job for our new shower room. We love the new shower Craig built for us. He is very patient and helpful. He always help clients to meet their needs even the tasks maybe very tedious or difficult, for example he managed to help us to re-use our old shower door, which is very difficult and tedious task. But he still try his best to help us to re-use the shower door. Moreover he even cleaned our old shower door which covers many silicone, he made the shower door looks very new. He also gives many great suggestions on how the shower room may look nicer, for example he suggested more lighting in our shower room, he also suggested us to use grey grout to go with our dark tiles. Which are all great suggestions. He also fixed many small issues for us, such as fixing our noise floor outside the shower room, fixed the loosen toilet seat, fixed the extractor fan etc. And he didn't even ask for extra money. Craig Wilson is highly recommended. We will definitely use C W Property Services again.

Posted the job at 1530. Pete was here at 1620 and job completed by 1710. Cut out and replaced the broken pipe and checked the system thoroughly before leaving. Pete advised on other upgrades to the heating to consider, but was genuine advise, not pushy. Would certainly consider hiring him again

When i was looking to change the boiler i took quotes from 5 companies. He explained to me all the work needed in his quote and work as per our availability. i was absolutely comfortable and can understand his very reasonable charges. He is a great professional, expert gas boiler installer, have a great team, keeps you informed of the work. he is very co-operative and helpful. In our case, the pipe work was more then he expected in the beginning but he never even told me of the additional work. His whole team is always smiling, on time, takes never stressed. They left the place absolutely tidy ( even better then before). I am so impressed that I already have recommended him to my friends. cannot praise him enough for his job. I am going to call him for my whole house underfloor heating job later. i am so happy with his job that i cant stop from writing such a detailed feedback ( generally i dont do it) as i sinecerely want to spread the word about his good work.
