Contacted many plumbers on Friday for a leaking shower, Steve and another guy rang straightaway. Steve came out Saturday morning to look at the job and suggested solutions. We went with him as he appeared a genuine and knowledgeable guy. My husband, although skilled, was reluctant to tackle the job as he wasn’t sure how to get under the shower base. Steve came out to do the job at 8-30 Monday morning as promised. He sorted the problem within an hour charging an extremely competitive price. We cannot recommend him enough and would certainly use him again. A true professional who you can trust to give an honest quote.

Clifford came to quote for the job the same day as we shortlisted him, gave us a really good quote. Even drove to Birmingham to collect the parts we needed as there were none in stock in our area and did this without asking for more money. He was punctual, arrived when he said he would, very polite and professional. Did the job to a high standard, and cleaned up after himself. We are that impressed with his work we are getting him back to quote us for more work on the house, including our extension and composite decking. Made the experience of having a builder in really pleasant.

We were very pleased with the boiler replacement job completed by the B&R Heating team. Richard was very helpful when he did the site visit / estimate. He arrived when he said he would as did the estimate promptly afterwards. The work was scheduled for a single day and they were able to fit it in very quickly. The guys who did the work were great - really unobtrusive, minimised mess and cleaned up well afterwards. The work was completed as quoted and we had a follow up call from Natalie in the office a few days later to confirm all was well. Good job at a competitive price. Thank you to everyone involved.

Bradley turned up promptly and immediatley diagnosed the problem with a leak I had in my bathroom. He was explained the issue clearly and gave me all the options to resolve fix the leak. He ensured once the work area was complete it was tided up and made sure I was happy with the job. I would highly reccomend and use Bradley for future jobs.
