Sorted out the issue with overflowing toilet without fuss or bother at all. Not only did he replace the faulty part but also fixed the cistern to the wall which had been insufficiently secured by previous plumber. Had to shortlist due to another plumber getting a bad back and cancelling at last minute and I am pleased to say he came the same day and fixed it because the water supplier were nagging us about the resultant leak. Observed Covid by wearing a face mask in the house and keeping a safe distance as well. Overall very happy and satisfied with the service.

Stephen is a very professional, skilled tradesman who provided a great service. What was meant to be quite a simple job turned out to be more complicated (through no fault of his, and he didn’t change his quote or make it our fault - just adapted accordingly and really helped us!). Despite this, he rose to the challenge, did not over sell or try a typical “sales tactic” to push anything on us - which is something we’ve had before in previous experiences. Very honest and a genuine, really nice guy. Would highly recommend!

Tiled kitchen floor unfortunately didn’t go to plan. However, I would give this company credit for trying they returned twice more to replace cracking grout. Floor should have been fully boarded prior to tiling and was only partially boarded. At more expense to us we have had to physically remove all tiles and had the floor fully boarded and re floored without any further issues. Despite issues raised Company given 3 stars because during the problems they were very supportive and they tried to rectify the issues.
