I needed my whole bathroom taking out and re- fitting due to a leak causing a lot of damp. Craig and his team couldn’t have done a better job. Arrived every morning and got straight to it. Kept us up to date each day with what they were working on and when they expected that stage of the work to be completed by. Despite finding an issue that delayed the work ever so slightly (through no fault of their own just due to the structure of the bathroom) they stayed late to ensure the work was completed because they knew we were a large family and needed the bathroom back asap. We are so pleased with the work that has been completed. The tiles, bath and shower look amazing, the mould has disappeared and we can enjoy using our bathroom again. Quality of work is fantastic. Craig and team went above and beyond, even helping in the evening before they left with something that was completely non - bathroom related, they were just happy to lend a hand. I would definitely recommend Craig and his team if you want a reliable, honest tradesmen and a brilliant end result on your bathroom. Thanks again everyone!

Arber did an outstanding job from start to finish relocating radiators and capping off gas and water pipes so we could have other building work done. Having never hired a plumber through mybuilder before, I didn't know what to expect but Arber was exceptionally hard working and professional, and has set the bar extremely high. He contacted me within an hour of posting the job to have a friendly chat, stuck to the original quote, explained what he was doing at every step and completed the work very quickly. On top of that he's a really good guy and even helped us rip out our old kitchen while he was waiting for a radiator to drain. We didn't ask him, he just saw what we were doing and grabbed his tools to give us a hand. That's the kind of guy he is and I will be only to happy to hire Arber for future jobs.
