My house has a few quirks which never make building work straightforward but I'm very pleased with the finished bathroom, all the different tradesmen worked hard and did a good job. The price was also reasonable for the amount of work needed. I'm very happy with all the renovations and all the little touches which make a difference to the end result so I'd be happy to recommend them

James quickly setup a time to give us a quote for installing a split air conditioning system in our conservatory and an attic bedroom. He was very helpful in developing a solution that really worked for us. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with full information of the system he recommend. We chose JOS Solutions because James was polite, pleasant and did what said he would do. He always behaved in a professional and courteous manner. James always arrived on time, worked hard and was unobtrusive despite needing access to most of the house. The electricians he brought in were similarly excellent. The job was completed to a high standard and the house was left very clean and tidy. James even dropped in on a Saturday to help us when we thought there was a problem with one of the units. We are so happy with the service we received that we have arranged for James to conduct the annual service in future. We would recommend James to anyone needing heating or air conditioning services.

To repair the bathroom ceiling, following leakage from roof, including checking for further leakage, replacing an area of the ceiling, then re-plastering whole ceiling. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and constructive in helping us decide the best way forward. He worked well, was extremely tidy and considerate and very efficient. He kept in touch with us over his plans and has agreed to do some further work in the rest of the house. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
