He kept rescheduling and then cancelled the job last minute, came up with an excuse (family emergency) as to why he did not contact me sooner to let me know that he would not be attending… then was rude instead of being apologetic and had the audacity to think he had done nothing wrong! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT WASTE ANY TIME DEALING WITH HIM.

Taqee was not as experienced as I anticipated, charged me for fixing a boiler that had no issues. When I called him back to try & rectify this job, he began to avoid my calls & did not get back to me. I would not recommend unfortunately.

Organised job and verified with contractor both by email and by text, Great start then NOTHING !!! Both the tenant and I have tried to call him to no avail. We are being ignored despite the promise to attend the very next day. The urgency of the job was explained and agreed. Total waste of time.

I had this tiler booked in for over a month, now he won’t reply to emails, phone calls or messages, really disappointed as we have friends coming to stay and had hoped he would be finished never mind started If he can’t start the job surely get in contact with the customer and let them know so they can try and get someone else in, don’t hide and say nothing Very disappointing service

Started the job well but has not completed and ignored my calls and messages. Just did not return to continue the job!. I am left with internal workings in view - no replacement part that is needed and tiles off the wall! Very disappointed and bathroom is out of action. Need a reliable plumber to complete the job.

We hired Shaun following accepting his quote and start date. Unfortunately start date was replanned (ok, things happen), but then communication ended (no return of calls/messages) and I've not had any further feedback. I cannot comment on workmanship as no work was done, however our experience with this trader was disappointing. We are back at square 1 finding a bathroom/boiler specialist and have lost multiple months.

Left a huge amount of render and plaster mess when he drilled through the wall from the bathroom into the kids room, awful patch up job and best of all didn’t mention that he’d done that. When I just asked him why this had happened this was Simon Bains reply I’m so sorry, I put filler in it as I drilled through the wall. And then I just completely forgot about it which is why I also didn’t tell you. It just completely slipped my mind. Do not use Corsham and Heating.

Avoid. Changed our bathroom and since he's gone there's been a lot of things we've found that need retouching up or redoing. Very messy in places. Cost was cheap and we could only afford to go with the cheapest quote but you get a bad quality finish. Also started work on my parents bathroom but left the job half finished. Their new bathroom fitter has had to undo a lot of it and says it's the worst work he's ever seen.. worse that diy!

Mohammad came with his mate who broke the new toilet seat by sitting on it. What should have taken a couple of days went on and on till the job was left unfinished. Mohammad compensated £50 but the repairs to the bath fitting and radiator is costing in excess of £300 as the new fitter has to start from scratch. Mohammad is a really good guy but let down by his mate who had no idea what he was doing. I think he was being trained on my job which was never explained. So unfortunately it's not good feedback. Sorry.
