This review is based upon solely upon the level of service that I received and has nothing to do with the quality of work. We arranged a date and time for the works to be done and I made it clear I would collect all the materials and meet Phil on site. I specifically mentioned that I would be travelling up from the bottom of south London which would take me about 2 hours of driving, happy to do this and meet him on site. I had to chase Phil late that evening and was told "oh I can't get there" Super frustrating as I had travelled along way to get there and re-arranged my day to collect materials and bring them to site. I run my own construction business so I get these things happen, but a heads up would have been nice. We arranged for the works to be done the next day, I couldn't be around so left the keys out for Phil to attend on a Saturday. Saturday 5pm came and I chased Phil, "sorry not going to get there again" Client had people booked to stay at the property and they had to be moved to other accommodation due to the fact the shower pump hadn't been fitted. Overall, I didn't get much of a service, or any sort or decent apology for two no-shows. Very frustrating experience.

Fixed a bidet to my toilet but came off the wall after two days. Quoted me £35 but charged me £50. Changed the price and did not fit it properly. Also charges VAT. So be aware

Taylor agreed to do the job and en route to it, he advised me he had a family emergency and promised he would return the next day. I tried to contact him a few times over about the course of just over a week. He read my messages but no reply was forthcoming from him. I hope you have a better experience if you decide to engage him! I had to use another plumber which cost me more but at least the job was finally completed promptly with no issues.

Not transparent on his fees he originally charged me £89 for the call out and then told me once he arrived at the property (after arriving late) that it would be £189 per hour for fixing the issue. He was there for 10 minutes and cleaned the filter (although the pump was working at the time which was main cause of the issue in the first place) it wasn’t working a few days later and when I got back in touch with him he said it was best to replace the washing machine. Also he didn’t show up for the first appointment and didn’t bother to tell me and he was late for the second appointment so not reliable. Very disappointing and a complete rip off.

I've been tiling for over 20 years and bathroom fitting for 10 years. I can travel with in a 30 mile radius of Swansea. My work is second to none, I take pride in my work and I'm a big believer of would I except that in my house

Not even a 1 star. Has absolutely butchered my bathroom… Not up for such job. Not got the correct tools… has broken lots of my tiles which I now haven’t got enough to finish off the job. Loose tiles on wall which is dangerous because he’s dot and dabbed large profile tiles 120x60. This goes against British standards. Fitted the tiles on floor not level. He’s left my bathroom in a state. I have paid £1300 pound for my tiles, I have been advised that they all have to be taken down as they are loose and a danger especially when I have a small toddler. I am out of pocket because all the tiles need to come off. Do not use this cowboy he is not up for the job. Trading standards will be notified of his workmanship. He is not a tiler. He is now avoiding my correspondence and not taking responsibility. AVOID at all costs.

I will never recommend this guy at all; he is very unprofessional and doesn’t have a clue of what he is doing. My boiler was leaking water, he said he was going to charge me £80 for the job. He arrived and said a pipe was faulty and needs replacement, I agreed to pay for the replacement, and he also wanted me to pay for the time he was going to use to go to the shop and come back which I disagree with, I asked him to put my boiler back and leave and he refused to put the boiler back. The worst thing is when he was leaving, he started cursing me in front of my son he said, and I quote “Allah will cause you”. I got someone from Check a trader, and this person fixed the issue within 30min. it turned out that the pipe Ameel claimed was faulty, nothing was wrong with it. I thank God, I didn’t allow him to mess up with my boiler. I don’t know how this guy got his license. He also tried to cut off my gas and reported me to Cadent. The guys from Cadent came to my property and when I explained everything to them, they were surprised why Ameel called them. It was water that was leaking and not gas but he wanted to cut my gas off. He is a very incompetent guy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Do not get this guy to fit your laminate or bathroom or anything, a year on my laminate is coming up, and is inflated as water has got in, clearly hasn’t siliconed properly. I also had my bathroom fitted the shower now leaked downstairs and has not been fitted properly, AVOID AVOID. I’ve tried to get in touch to get my money back but nobody has got in touch.
