After contacting Declan I knew I could trust him. He was able to identify the problems quickly. My ancient boiler needed a part that Declan was able to source and fitted it as soon as it was available. This was during the Christmas period (and Covid) when businesses were shutting and so I never thought it would get fixed till the New Year. Declan finished the job on Christmas Eve. Declan will keep you up to date with job progress, he also makes appointments and keeps them. You can tell Declan takes real pride in his work. I can’t fault him! Petr came and inspected a leak under our bath and quickly managed to spot where the leak came from. He also wrote a report for us to enable us to make a claim from the insurance company.

Jiten did a very good job replacing a part we needed. He came with it to save time, he knew what he was doing and was very efficient. He was friendly and effective, the job and replaced part both came with a year guarantee which we liked. Good price too, would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Ryan is very friendly, efficient and tidy. He is aesthitically minded, which is great! He was willing to crawl around in a small cupboard to connect new chrome pipes for a radiator, which others weren't willing to do. Ryan and his new helper were brilliant, and did everything that I wanted him to do (including fitting a new kitchen tap), but also did it very quickly, and didn't leave a mess! I thoroughly recommend him!

We wanted the kitchen and a handbasin tap replaced within a short space of time. B-Wise provided very quick and clear communication throughout and a fast response. The quote which was very reasonable remained true to the invoice even though the job took a while to do. The workman who undertook the work was very tidy and courteous.
