Danny was hired to replace taps in ground floor WC. The taps and sink were original 1930's we were extremely keen to retain the original sink, whilst understanding taps did need to be replaced. Short story, large crack found in sink after work was completed. Presented before and after pictures to Danny who, disappointingly denied any knowledge. Said 'it must have happened after I left'!? Clear that this was a result of the work. Now will not replace the sink, has offered to repair but have engaged a professional repair company who state it is irreparable in their view. Now in dispute. Likely to go down small claims track. Simple job, screwed up. Can't recommend, sorry.

I suppose Andrew did a reasonable job of installing two radiators one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. He also did a good job in installing the bath but the shower control panel stuck out further than we had planned for. He was supposed to return to fix a radiator valve which he damaged and repair minor faults in the bathroom sink but on his final day with us he was being extremly loud with his radio and as my wife was of work with the flu we asked if he could possibly turn it down a bit he took great offence to this and walked of the job he promised to come back but never did and doesnt answer any messages we sent to him. In answer to Andrews reply on March 10th doesnt he think that it would be more courteous to ask the owner of the house if it would be ok to have the radio on in there property first of all while he worked,we only asked him to turn the volume down! he promised to return to fix jobs he hadant completed but never did! we had no refund for the uncomleted work.

I hired Lasantha to work on my bathroom and ensuite. He removed all of the existing tiles and fixtures and fitted the new bathrooms himself, doing the tiling and plumbing jobs and installing the bath, shower, toilet and basin. At all times Lasantha was very professional, reliable, punctual and helpful - suggesting the best methods to use and suggesting shops for the tiles and fittings. I needed a new boiler as the old one after many years had given up. I approached a number of companies with mixed results but finally decided to go with Clearwater Property Services. I felt at ease talking with John who made things very easy to understand and provided a clear schedule which was required as both my wife and myself work full time.John provided a fantastic service. Very pleasant to talk to and did not come across as your usual trader. Although not the cheapest quote I received, John is proof that you get what you pay for and I certainly felt that the quality workmanship, friendliness and professionalism provided was worth every penny. One of the most un-reliable plumber I have ever come across. I sent this man images of the job and explained to him what was required. I also explained the importance of this job. He confirmed he understood everything and the appointment was booked (a few days in advance). Well, he had other intentions: He left me a message around 1.5 hours before the appointment saying that he was ill. I stated that he can come in the afternoon or the next day. He kept on making excuses. I asked him to provide evidence of him being sick - he failed to do this also. Although people go get ill, I did expect him to provide evidence and attend at an alternative time.

Jason has completed a number of jobs here for our elderly residents, some who are quite vulnerable. The feedback we have from our residents about Jason and his work is outstanding!
