I wasn't impressed. I had to fix the sink after far too much plumber putty was put in meaning water wouldn't drain but puddle in the sink. Then the sink was leaking from the waste pipe as it hadn't been tightened at all and again a stupid amount of putty everywhere. The tap is loose and not tightened. One door has holes drilled into it which don't line up with the handle, which he didn't tell me he had done or asked if i wanted (which i had decided i didn't want the handles on) Then the toilet that he fitted for me too was put on top of the flooring instead of the tile being cut, which i think he was going to do as i have drawings on the floor. Again the seat wasn't put on properly either so when my daughter went to use it first she fell off. It too was leaking and when i messaged about it and sent the requested photo and video i didn't get a response, he saw them and ignored me. Took my partner chasing him to get him to come fix it. This has caused ceiling damage in my kitchen below where it has leaked between the floor boards and caused bubbling in the ceiling paint. So i'm left with more work that i now have to sort out. Sorry, it pains me to be so negative, your a lovely guy but i can't recommend you or leave positive feedback. I'm lucky to have family who can rectify the damage but other people who you do work for may not be as lucky.

I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. Pete did a fantastic job removing a couple of radiators plus pipes and installing a new radiator at a different place with new pipes. You could tell that Pete takes pride in his work and provides a high level of quality. He explained all what he was doing and was always checking how we wanted things. So there were no surprises as there are at times with other workman. Pete was very responsive, right on time, cleaned everything up afterwards, even hovered afterwards. Last but not least Pete was very friendly, jolly and the entire process was very pleasant. We can highly recommend Pete and VEPO and will definitely use him again.

I had a terrible experience with Terziu Construction on my kitchen renovation: ∙ Kitchen tiles are failing after less than 6 months - cracking and coming off ∙ Washed tools in my bathtub causing plumbing blockage ∙ Left the job site messy ∙ Took the excess floor tiles when he left, despite me paying for all materials ∙ Very argumentative and refused to listen to instructions throughout the project The work quality was unacceptable and his conduct was unprofessional. I now have to pay to redo the tiles. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Marco was incredibly helpful: he was available at short notice and as I was out of the country he was happy to provide advice over the phone about the pictures of the leak until I was able to arrange an appointment. In the end, that advice led to the neighbour actually responsible for the leak sorting it at their end without having to call out Marco and he was very gracious about the late cancellation. I will definitely be hiring Marco again if I have another issue.
