The job was completed in a timely manner. John was very professional indeed. I had my boiler serviced John was efficient and diligent in his work and tidied up when he had finished. Would highly recommend John O'Neil to others his workmanship was exemplary. 100% attention to detail, I did offer him a drink but he declined stating he had brought his own! Now that is professional in itself indeed!

Paul plastered 2 large rooms for us and fixed the plastering on a wall in a third room. After the poor service we had previously received from another company we were thrilled with the results that Paul produced. The walls were immaculate and Paul cleared and cleaned as he went so we never had any problems with mess or dust at the end of the day, leaving the house a home and not a building site. Paul also moved and rebuilt a shed for us repairing areas where damp and rot had set in as well as re-felting the roof. Can't praise Paul's work enough, reliable, professional and friendly. Results are 5 star!

Waited for him to arrive at the property no call to say wouldn’t be attending. Didn’t reply to any messages or voicemails. Felt it was a totally unprofessional service and a shocking way to run a business, let’s hope he doesn’t treat all his customers this way.

Imran was fantastic to deal with. He got in touch straight away and was happy to text when I couldn't speak on the phone at work. He laid out his pricing really clearly and didn't charge a call-out fee. He arrived bang on time and inspected the problem with my central heating. As it turned out, I didn't have any problems after all but he showed me why the heating had been clicking on and off so I'd be able to fix it myself in future. Imran didn't charge me as there was no problem for him to fix which is really amazing given he still gave up his time to come and have a look. He was polite, courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. If I ever have boiler or plumbing issues in the future, i'll definitely call Imran.

Initial plumbing work was ok - there was a leak and Louis returned and fixed it. Paid in advance of completing and a bit disappointed had to remind him to complete. Louis then collaborated on a larger building project with a recommended friend, which was performed very badly failing building control inspection and requiring substantial extra cost and remedial work. No confidence and trust in his integrity and ability to deliver value.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, as I understand how hard people work. I am a customer service manager, a government worker, and a restaurant owner in Mayfair, so I truly value professionalism and respect. The toilet leakage was attended to, and the entire flushing system was removed and reinstalled. After the engineer left, I used the toilet and noticed it was almost coming off the wall. I assumed it had not been properly secured, so I sent a video asking him to return and reseal it as soon as possible.The response I received was rude and dismissive, stating it was never sealed. However, I have photos showing it was sealed previously. The leak had already been ongoing for over a month , and with my son working from home, I agreed to the repair being done that day.I am now having to buy sealant and fix it myself before my daughter returns from school, as this is a safety hazard. This behaviour is very disappointing, especially as I was polite and cooperative throughout.
