Arrived quickly, worked efficiently, easy to talk to and took the time to explain what he was doing/had done. Advised on future options regarding the leak and the water damage to the surrounding area. Would definitely hire again.

Hired Mr. Mouellef to service my boiler. He recommended that the boiler be turned off and sealed for Carbon Monixide. I told him that I didn’t want to turn it off and I would place an order within 24 hours for a new boiler. He called the authorities to come to my home and turn it off. I called Pimlico and they came the next day to check the boiler. They disagreed with the findings of the engineer after checking for Carbon Monoxide and disagreed with the report. Pimlico turned my boiler back on.
